Dated Imaging
Within the request for proposals (RFQ) a company can include proposed regularly scheduled photographs and aerial photographs which will assist in keeping the project on time and under budget. If a contract includes time lines that are tied to financial incentives then dated aerial photography is a must. With Altitude, each photograph is stamped and certified with the geo-reference point, date and time providing you the necessary documentation to ascertain if the deadline was or is going to be met.
Dated Image Stamp Certification System (DISC System)
Today, many companies offer their services as a third party to conduct a completion assessment and provide a technical report to investors and Financial Institutions on the exact status of a project. This approach has reduced the risk significantly and provides a more exact picture on a current project status. To help reduce the financial risk even further, Altitude Imaging Technologies have decided to include a very unique service called “Dated Image Stamp Certification System" (DISC System). Our DISC system is a customized photo documentation service.
Photo Documentation Service
Our photo documentation service (PDS) is a photographic record of a development project. A project's progress is tracked and monitored in the form of photographs. The documentation starts with a pre-construction site survey (including aerial photos if warranted) to verify the state of the construction site before any work has started. There after, photos are taken at regular pre-determined intervals and or at the commencement of any substantial work stages. Altitude’s photographs are geo-referenced, date and time stamp and certified by a licensed engineers. The collection of photographs are then archived on a secure server with redundant server back up.
Electronic indexing
Altitude will provide clients with a customized software that acts as an electronic indexing system for the project's image collection. Typically, architectural drawings are used as the base for an interactive map allowing the user's quick and intuitive navigation through the storage of the photos. Through out duration of the project the entire collection of images can be remotely accessed by the client, via the internet, using secure login and our electronic indexing.
Digital permanent record
Upon completion of the project the online archive will be deleted and the client will be provided with a digital permanent record of all the images in the form of a flash or hard drive with the indexing and navigation system embedded on the drive. This is a wealth of information for further development, repairs, insurance claims or owners.
